Good Neighbor Program

Guardian Angels Cat Rescue and Adoption Shelter estimates the amount of $5,000 to be adequate  funding for the Good Neighbor Program each year. The program was created to 1) help provide monetary assistance to proven low-income individuals for their felines (to include senior companion animals) in the form of low-cost spay/neuter and discounted medical service vouchers and 2) help cover medical services needed for felines that are rescued that we normally would have had to limit due to our own budgetary limits. Since 2001, Guardian Angels has remained dedicated to providing shelter and medical assistance to stray, abandoned, injured, abused and otherwise homeless tame cats and kittens. With over 400 forever homes found or medical services provided for our felines last year (2019), we are making a difference in the lives of families here in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
