Remembering Max
Good friends of Guardian Angels Cat Shelter, Genny Golden and Tim Karki, have matched our total adoption income for the month of August for several years to honor the memory of Max.
Max was adopted from Guardian Angels on August 23, 2008. His shelter name was Smokey and we cared for him for just one month before he was adopted.
He died of kidney disease in April of 2020 at the age of 12 years and 3 months. Max left Genny and Tim with loving memories and a huge empty space in their lives. They found a meaningful way to celebrate Max's life by supporting other shelter cats.
Thank you to Genny and Tim.
We are honored by your remembrance of Max.
